We took a trip to Eagle Creek Saturday morning to meet Uncle Don and Aunt Deb for pictures. My girls start school today. Shayna is a big 6th grader now, can you believe it? I know I can't. I honestly couldn't ask for a better kid, she's growing up and becoming such a helpful little lady. And then there is Ava, she started Kindergarten today, and I really thought she would be ok, but no she had a total meltdown which caused mommy to have a meltdown. I sure it gets better as the weeks go on. It broke my heart leaving her screaming for me this morning...

Shayna and I had a great day Sunday at lake Monroe with our good friends Mark and Kristen. Shayna said her cheeks hurt from smiling so much...that's a good day!!!

We had a great 4th this year! We went swimming and then over to hang out with friends and then over to the Mooresville fireworks show! It was awesome! Lovin my life right now!

new car, new hair...think maybe i'm looking for a change in my life???

We are the proud owners of a brand new Chevy Cruze. It's a six speed manual and so far I'm loving it and the girls think it's cool! I decided to go with a new car mainly for warrantly reasons. This is the first brand new car i've owned since i was in my early 20's. it's feels good!

We spent Mother's Day afternoon playing ball! We had so much fun, gotta love the days when it's beautiful outside and everyone is having a good time:) We went to church with momma and then over to her house for a great lunch and then off to play ball! I hope everyone else enjoyed their mother's day!

I hope everyone had a good Easter, I enjoyed the day. I went to church with my momma and Shayna and then over to Aunt Deb's and Uncle Don's for Easter Dinner...YUM YUM! Aunt Deb, I want the carrot cake receipe. And Kelli your pecan tarts where delicious!!!! It was great hanging out with all of the family! Love you all!

i know the first one is blurry but atleast you can see she is perked up a little day! the last two pictures were taken last night as you can see moto is not like lexi getting all the attention.

ok so this weekend was really pretty horrible, not only did i get rear ended in a car that isn't mine, i thought i was going to lose my dog. she seems better today but she still has a very bad infection please keep your fingers crossed she'll recover quickly and without any more additional costs.
