ok seriously does anyone have any ideas on how i can get through to Shayna's dad that he needs to help support her? I haven't received a child support payment since July of last year. He doesn't seem to mind at all that he's not doing his part. He wants all the perks of being her dad but yet doesn't want to help support her. It really pisses me off that he is ok with sitting on his ass everyday. He uses the excuse that he has two other kids that he has to support...well damn it shayna is his too just because i'm a good mom and do take care of her doesn't mean he gets a free pass. she deserves so much more....guess i'm going to have to be a hard ass about it and have him arrested before he decides to MAN UP! Why do i have to continue to send her when the last few times she has come home in tears? because i would be arrested if i denied him his visits. what a screwed up systems.

Are you sure our ex's arent the same person. The only difference is my stopped paying what he was supposed to in December. But same excuse, he has 2 other kids he has to take care of.

I doubt that it pisses me off quite as much as it does you, but it pisses me off too.
Not sure why staying with my kids mother means I have to take money I earn to support my children, while assholes like him get off scott free. I don't care if he has 10 kids, I had to support all of mine he should have to too. If that means he has to work two jobs, well I had to do that at different times to support mine, he can too.
I say do what you have to do to make him pay.
I agree with dad...I think you should have him arrested! You are working hard to take care of your kids. He should too! It doesn't matter if he has one or twenty...don't have them if you aren't going to take care and support them. Shayna deserves his financial support at the very least.
And why is she crying?!?
the last time she came home from his house it was because he was teasing her so much that she had finally had enough and told him to shut up. Well of course he didn't like that so he told her to get her stuff and brought her home early and wouldn't help her with the school project that he promised to help with. I'm in the process of getting everything together to go to the prosectors office...good thing Evan is so organized because i had no idea all the paper work i would need and he knows where it all is:)
