Grandma Nancy this picture is for you...it's the one i was telling you about yesterday.

Shayna got a lot of awards this year including...citizenship, all A's in spelling all year, A/B honor roll and the Presidential award for Educational Excellence! I'm so proud of her, it's been a tough year and through it all she has continued to succeed! You're the best Shayna keep it up! You made your momma very proud today! I love you!

Ava's tball team is so much fun this year..the kids are an awesome group! Shayna is loving helping with the team and i'm loving having her help!

the season has started...ava's playing 3rd base. the game last night was so funny...no one knew which way to run and they didn't even know to tag the base! Ava had a blast!

Yesterday was a very busy day for us girls. We had Christina's graduation party, amber, tom and nancy's birthday party celebration and then on to help my good friend Heather. So needless to say we didn't get home until after 9 last night and we are all exhausted but congratulations Tina on your Maters Degree way to go!! and Happy Birthday to Kelli!!!

Little Ava was doing what mommy told her not do. Kaylen across the street has this little car that Ava is way to big for and mommy told her do not get in that car you are too big but of course she did it anyway and this is what happened when she tried to get out of the car...it tipped over and ava landed face first on the concrete. She looks so beat up...maybe next time she'll listen but i'm not counting on it.

Shayna is pitching this year in softball and i'm so proud of her, she didn't want to do it at first but i'm so glad that she decided to give it a shot. She's GOOD!!! Ava is playing t-ball and she's a natural! It's so cute watching the little kids...it brings back memories of Shayna being a t-baller. I hope Ava enjoys softball as much as Shayna has.

Easter was great this year, mom and donald made a really yummy lunch, the girls colored eggs and had a great time just hanging out in sunshine!!!

Shayna got the award for the player that gave the coach the hardest time! That's my girl, always messing with coach:)

our trip to the dentist yesterday was a long one. We had appointments at 10:00 and didn't leave there until noon. But at least we all have clean teeth. Ava did an awesome job for her first trip to the dentist. Shayna has a cold and she is like me and HATES the dentist.

ok seriously does anyone have any ideas on how i can get through to Shayna's dad that he needs to help support her? I haven't received a child support payment since July of last year. He doesn't seem to mind at all that he's not doing his part. He wants all the perks of being her dad but yet doesn't want to help support her. It really pisses me off that he is ok with sitting on his ass everyday. He uses the excuse that he has two other kids that he has to support...well damn it shayna is his too just because i'm a good mom and do take care of her doesn't mean he gets a free pass. she deserves so much more....guess i'm going to have to be a hard ass about it and have him arrested before he decides to MAN UP! Why do i have to continue to send her when the last few times she has come home in tears? because i would be arrested if i denied him his visits. what a screwed up systems.

I'm so proud of my little Ava, since we got the bed and got it put together she has slept in it all night!! And no more pull-ups! WOOHOO! Last night I heard someone get up and I said who is up? Ava says "it's me mommy, i had to go potty" what a big girl! I'm SOOOOOOO proud of her! Then this morning when I go into wake her up, i tell her good morning and she said "mommy, i didn't pee and i slept in my bed all night, now i can go to school with sissy today because i'm a big girl" what a cutie pie!

Moto has gone to live with Nana for awhile until we can find him a home. People in the apartments are complaining too much about his barking all day. I think this has hit me harder than the girls. I miss the little guys like crazy. But I know he is having a great time playing with Raven!!

Spring is in the air, it was nice to spend some time outside with the girls this weekend. We had a blast on the scooters! I am finally getting use to apartment living, starting to sleep better and relax a little. I've meet a few of the neighbors and they all seem pretty cool. There is a girl that lives below us that is in Shayna's class so she is very excited about that. We played a lot of softball this weekend, trying to get ready for the season to start. Shayna is playing in the 10 and under again and Ava will be playing Tball this year. Watch out little girls, Ava's pretty good already! Shayna is getting much better with hitting and throwing, i'm really looking forward to the new season, should be LOTS of fun!

bye bye mustang you will be dearly missed....it was fun while it lasted. WOOOHOO it's SOLD!!!!

I get my truck back today!!! I'm so excited, can't wait! It's been a long two weeks without it. Thanks momma for letting me borrow your car!!

my sweet, beautiful shayna got in trouble at school yesterday for pinching a boy and stilling his erasers. oh and don't make the mistake of thinking that it was because she likes this boy...because i did and i will never do that again :) so i pick her up from school yesterday and she hands me this letter that the teacher made her write to me about her actions at school. wow this was a shocker, shayna doesn't get in trouble at school. so she spent the evening writing over and over again that she will keep her hands to herself, which she didn't write correctly the first time so had to redo it, then she had to fold the laundry and last but not least she didn't get to watch TV, OMG this is the worse punishment ever. You would have thought I killed this child. I am hoping that she will at least think twice before she decides to put her hands on someone else again.

counseling was good last night...i really liked the counselor. she's young but she was very easy to talk too and shayna seemed to really like her. it really is depressing sitting down and telling someone your whole life history. she said shayna has seen way more in her ten years then she should have and of course i already knew that but when you hear it from someone else it really makes you feel like a failure. i'm confident that this will help us (me and shayna) ava was a bit of a handful last night because she's just too young but we are going to continue to go and see how it plays out.
